No lock-in, in writing
Read this before you pay us anything. Month to month, no contract, cancel whenever you like — and everything below is yours to walk away with.
There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Billing is monthly. When you cancel, your service runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and we hand over the assets listed below.

| Your website | The full static build — HTML, CSS, JavaScript and images — as a zip. It runs on any host. There is no proprietary runtime to be locked into. |
| Your content | All copy as Markdown files, and every image at original resolution. |
| Google Business Profile | You were always the Owner and we were only ever a Manager. You remove our access in one click, from your own account. |
| Your reviews | They live on Google, attached to your profile. There is nothing to lose and nothing to move. |
| Directory listings | An itemized list of every account we created on your behalf, with the credentials for each one. |
| Call and rank data | A CSV export of your call logs and your full ranking history. |
| Tracking number | Ported to you, or forwarded to your real line for 90 days — your choice. |
| Retention | Nothing is deleted for 90 days after you cancel, so a change of mind costs you nothing. |
We can afford to be this generous because of how the work is built: the site is static and the accounts are yours, so handing everything over costs us almost nothing. That is the point. If staying is only worth it while the work is worth it, we have to keep earning it.
